The Stories of Hurt and Loss
The stories of hurt and loss provide a reflective grasp that occurs as an individual is able to recognize and communicate the loss that has been experienced. The can be referred to sad or tragic stories. Compared to chaos stories these stories can often illustrate an acknowledgement of what has happened . The stories of tragedy or sadness illustrate a change in the adaptation scale of the HAS. The sad stories may focus on the present time. The teller may find others not wanting to hear the story. It may be that people avoid such stories to stay positive. Figure 1 illustrates the placement of the sad or tragic narrative on the HAS scale. Figure 2 provides placement on the MEAH diagram.
